Welcome to our newest property share along the sunny beaches of Colima, Mexico. This 2+ bedroom, 2 ½ baths, includes a gym, pool,onsite caretaker, and your own dolphins and migrating whales to keep track of.

Casa Manzanillo was designed by Pablo Robles Gomez in the 1950's, (an architect from Guadalajara) and it was featured in Archtectural Digest at that time.   Large outdoor living terraces  on two levels ( the main living area and the master bedroom) are ocean front and have extensive, unobscured, views.  With palapa roofs, these are useable even in the rainy season. Our casa is sold completely furnished and we have an extensive collection of Mexican folk art at the house.  In 2008  the casa had a complete remodel  when  the kitchen was expanded to include natural stone counters, new appliances, extensive pantry, etc.   Air conditioning was installed in the bedrooms and a new water heater was purchased.  The bathrooms have large walk in showers with lovely tile work, & the vanities all have marble counters.   It's thick, adobe style walls moderate the temperature all year.

We have offered fractional ownership properties in Europe since 1998. This house represents our first Mexican property share and owners are encouraged to swap times with   willing owners of our French vacation homes. Fractional ownership ( or shared ownership ) offers individuals the opportunity to buy partial ownership of a really nice place in a resort area.  .
